Trading terms
The terms for buying our digital toolkits.
Draft document. This page is a working draft and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Business details marked [to be confirmed] will be added before the site launches. Draft — October 2026.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you buy a product from QRP Toolkits. ABN 36 271 353 135. They apply together with our website terms of use. Online sales are not yet open; these terms will apply once purchasing is available through our Shopify store.
2. Products
Our toolkits are downloadable digital products. No physical goods are shipped. The product listing on our Shopify store sets out exactly what is included, the file formats and any software you need. Please check those details before you buy.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Whether prices include GST will be shown on the product listing and at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify using the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed when payment is accepted and you receive an order confirmation.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically through Shopify, usually by a download link shown after checkout and/or sent to the email address you provide. Delivery is normally immediate. If you have not received your download within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
Risk passes to you once the download is made available. Please keep your own backup copy.
5. Licence to use
When you buy a toolkit, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and edit the templates for your own business, including with your own team. You must not resell, share publicly, redistribute or pass off the templates as your own product.
6. Refunds and consumer guarantees
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if a product has a major failure, for example if the files are faulty, cannot be opened, or are significantly different from their description.
Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not generally offer refunds for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To request help or a remedy, contact us at [to be confirmed] with your order number.
7. Consulting services
1:1 Retail Advisory and Retail Performance Projects are agreed separately. The scope, fees and terms for that work will be set out in a written proposal or agreement before any work starts.
8. Liability
Our toolkits are practical management tools, not professional financial, legal or tax advice. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the product or refunding the price paid. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
