We are committed to handling personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and, where they apply to you, other privacy laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

2. What information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Contact details you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, organisation and phone number.
• The content of enquiries you send us.
• Retail figures you enter into the AI trade review tool (for example weekly sales, foot traffic and team member names or roles).
• Technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, which is processed automatically when any website loads.
• Order details, when purchasing becomes available through our Shopify store.

3. How we collect it

• Enquiry form: the form on this site prepares an email for you to send from your own email app, or a draft you can copy. Nothing is sent to us until you send that email yourself.
• AI trade review: the figures you enter are sent securely to our AI service provider to generate your review. We do not save them to a database or use them for any other purpose.
• Purchases: payments and digital downloads are handled by Shopify. We receive the order details Shopify provides to merchants.
• Website hosting and fonts: our hosting provider and font provider (Google Fonts) receive standard technical information such as your IP address when pages load.

4. Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and provide consulting services you request.
• To generate the trade review you ask for.
• To process and deliver orders, and provide customer support.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.
• To send marketing, only where you have agreed to receive it. You can opt out at any time.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently set its own advertising or analytics cookies. Our Shopify store may use cookies needed for checkout; Shopify’s own privacy policy explains these. If we add analytics or marketing tools in future, we will update this policy first.

6. Sharing and overseas disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as:

• Shopify (online store, payments and digital delivery).
• Our website hosting provider.
• Our AI service provider (for the trade review tool).
• Our email provider.

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle it in a way consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

7. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also opt out of marketing at any time.
