Store Visit Checklist & Report

A structured checklist and report for store visits — observe standards, recognise good execution and agree practical follow-up actions, every time.

Best for: Owners and area leaders who want consistent, documented store visits.

PUT IT TO WORK

Consistent store visits

Before the visit: choose the focus.

A useful store visit starts with a clear purpose. Consider the store’s recent performance, the previous visit’s actions and the areas you want to understand. A consistent checklist gives owners and area leaders a common structure without making every visit the same.

During the visit: record what you observe.

Keep observations specific. Recognise good execution as well as areas needing attention, and discuss what you see with the store manager. The visit report gives those observations a place to be recorded rather than leaving them as a conversation that is hard to revisit.

After the visit: make follow-up practical.

Agree the next actions and use the follow-up log to carry them into the next visit. A visit is a focused conversation about the store; an audit is a more comprehensive review of standards. Choose the Store Audit Checklist if that wider assessment is your priority.
